  • Is there a lock-in contract? No! cancel anytime.

  • Are you a licensed CrossFit Affiliate? Yes, we are an affiliated gym and have been for 10+ years

  • Do you compete in the Crossfit Open and local comps? Yes, but there is no pressure to compete, lots of members just come in to train and have a good time. For those who want to compete, every year we participate in the Crossfit open and always try to get around the local Crossfit/fitness competitions.

  • What should I bring to a class? For all our classes you’ll just need to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.

  • What is the best class to start with? Any of our classes are suitable for new members. All our workouts are easily scalable to suit any fitness level

  • Can I get to the gym early to warm up and stretch? Yes, we have open gym before and after every class to allow for anyone who wants to come in early to stretch

  • Do you have a creche? No we don’t have a creche, but there is an area with kids toys and a couch where our members bring their kids to hang while they workout.

  • Do you have on site parking? We have car parking inside our gates and also have ample street parking on Famechon crescent.

  • Do I have to book my class? We ask all our members to use our Wodify App to book in before hand to give our coaches an indication of how many people are coming in, there are no current class caps.

  • How many people in a typical class? Our classes range from 5 - 15 people.

  • What if I am carrying an injury? We’d still love to see you in the gym, our coaches can work along side you to ensure you still get to train with everyone.

  • Do I need to be ‘fit’ before I book and come in? Absolutely not, our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Anything and everything is scalable to suit where ever you are at in your fitness journey.
