A CrossFit and fitness enthusiast with a soccer background, he’s in his element with anything overhead (snatches… most of the time) and anything that involves getting up on the rig—pull-ups, chest-to-bars, and muscle-ups are his happy place. He tries desperately to defy the aging process and prove what a vegan, middle-aged dad of 2 can achieve with the right smoothie ingredients!
