A gymnastics-focused coach known for precision, form and high standards, Matt brings a calm, clear and detail-driven approach to every session. His coaching style is built around helping members move better, build confidence and stay consistent — all within a community that genuinely supports each other.

With 18+ years in the fitness industry, Mark brings deep expertise in functional training and Olympic weightlifting. CrossFit L1 & L2, Cert III & IV, and AWF Olympic Lifting L1 qualified, he leads every session with a community-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping members move better and get stronger.

Nalia is a technique-first coach who believes strong foundations lead to sustainable results. Holding CrossFit L1 & L2, Cert III & IV and a Diploma of Health Sciences, she blends practical health knowledge with hands-on coaching — and has a particular soft spot for a cardio chipper and a heavy squat snatch.

Pete brings relentless energy and enthusiasm to every session — equal parts coaching cues, encouragement and hype when you need it most. A CrossFit enthusiast with a soccer background, he's most at home with anything overhead and on the rig — snatches, pull-ups, chest-to-bars and muscle-ups are his happy place. A vegan, middle-aged dad of two, Pete is living proof that the right training — and reportedly the right smoothie — keeps you competitive at any age.
