Monday

  • Build strength and fitness using a mix of lifting, gymnastics-style movements, and conditioning.

  • Scaled options provided so all levels can train safely with coaching on technique.

  • Fast-paced intervals where you work each minute, then use the remaining time to recover.

  • Longer sessions targeting aerobic fitness with running and machine-based cardio (row/ski/bike).

  • Emphasis on steady pacing, stamina, and efficient movement under fatigue.
