  • Longer sessions targeting aerobic fitness with running and machine-based cardio (row/ski/bike).

  • Emphasis on steady pacing, stamina, and efficient movement under fatigue.

  • Partner/team workouts where you split reps or rotate through stations together.

  • High energy and supportive vibe—great for accountability and pushing effort as a group.

  • Skill-focused class for snatch and clean & jerk progressions, drills, and accessory work.

  • Coaching-led cues to improve mobility, positions, timing, and lifting confidence.
